彩色多普勒对颈椎疾病影响椎动脉的超声诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒对颈椎疾病所致椎动脉改变的超声诊断价值。方法选择2009年1月-2010年1月在我院门诊及病房就诊患者100名,均有眩晕、头痛、麻木、颈痛等症状,选择体检中心100名的健康体检人群,均无眩晕、头痛、麻木、颈痛等症状。患者去枕平卧,用高频探头探测第2-6颈椎椎管内椎动脉形态、内径、内膜、管腔内有无斑块和狭窄,血管有无局部外来压迫及扭曲阻塞。结果 100例有症状椎动脉中,超声异常表现有：椎动脉起源异常、走行弯曲、内膜斑块伴管腔狭窄等。结论颈椎疾病引起椎动脉痉挛和狭窄,血流量减少,导致其供血的前庭神经核和内听动脉缺血、出现眩晕等一系列症状,椎动脉血流量对判断脑干和大脑后部血液供应有重大意义,是一项可靠观察指标、可用于评价治疗效果。
