| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净注射液对大鼠下肢缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用，并进一步探索其最佳给药时间。方法制备大鼠下肢缺血再灌注模型（缺血2h，再灌注4h），将健康Wistar大鼠50只随机分为5组：A组为假手术组（n=10）；B组为缺血前给药组（n=10）；C组为缺血前给药对照组（n=10）；D组为再灌注前给药组（n=10）；E组为再灌注前给药对照组（n=10）。观察不同组间血清中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性及丙二醛（MDA）含量的变化。结果与假手术组比较，两对照组血清q-SOD活性明显降低（P〈0．01），MDA含量明显升高（P〈001）。与对照组比较，给药组血清中SOD活性明显升高（P〈0．01），MDA含量明显降低（P〈0．01）。与D组比较，B组血清中SOD活性升高（P〈0．05），MDA含量降低（P〈0．05）。结论血必净可提高血清中SOD活性，降低MDA含量，对大鼠下肢缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用，在缺血前给予血必净效果更佳。
