一期根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿临床观察(附46例报告)

目的:探讨一期根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿的疗效。方法:对80例肛门直肠周围脓肿患者随机分为两组,分别行一期根治术(治疗组,48例)和单纯脓肿切开引流术(对照组,32例),比较术后疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组术后愈合时间分别为28d和41d,肛瘘的发生率分别为2.08%和84.38%,1年复发率分别为4.17%和25%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:一期根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿疗效好,肛瘘的发生率和1年内复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Primary Curative Incision in the Treatment of Perianal Abscesses: An Analysis of 48 Cases

Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of primary curative incision in the treatment of perianal abscesses. Methods:Eighty patients with perianal abscesses were randomly divided into two groups: 48 cases received primary curative incision (group CI) and 32 cases received incision and drainage (group ID). Results:Wound healing duration was 28 days in group CI and 41 days in group ID. The occurrence rates of anal fistula were 2.08% and 84.38%, and the one-year recurrence rates were 4.17% and 25%, respectively. Conclusion:The primary curative incision in the treatment of perianal abscesses has better curative effect, with lower recurrence rates and lower incidence of anal fistula.
