| Abstract: | This paper discusses the issues concerning cultivation of young medical professionals under new situations. Directed at the existing problems among young medical staff in hospitals, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve and better ideological and political work in order to give better play to initiative of new medical staff in hospital. |
