| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用足底内侧神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法采用足底内侧神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复14例足跟部软组织缺损患者。结果本组皮瓣完全成活13例,1例皮瓣远端部分组织坏死,经换药后愈合。结论足底内侧神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损,系选用非负重供区,其组织结构与足跟近似,满足负重行走和感觉的功能需要。手术操作简单,术后对足部负重、感觉及外观影响很小,是修复足跟部软组织缺损的理想方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of transferring island skin flap pedicled by medial plantar artery and nerve on repairing the soft tissue defect of the heel. Methods Medial plantar artery flaps were used to resurface 14 cases with soft tissue defects of heel, ac- cording to flap survival after operation. Results 14 flaps were viable except for marginal necrosis of one. Conclusion These flaps are characterized by easy dissection, similar organization, suitable thickness and good appearance. It is not only simple and convenient but al- so effective and feasible to repair heel defects with the skin of the non-weight-bearing area. As it is easily accessible, highly flexible and causes little damage, it is an ideal method to repair the soft tissue defects of the heel. |
