经腹超声诊断异位妊娠120例临床分析

目的 探讨经腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的价值,提高异位妊娠超声诊断的准确性,减少误诊和漏诊。方法回顾性分析120例临床超声诊断的异位妊娠的病例资料,总结超声显示异位妊娠的声像图特点。结果超声检出4种类型异位妊娠：异位妊娠未破裂型,破裂流产型,早期流产型,陈旧性异位妊娠。确诊率较高,占87．5％。结论腹部B超是诊断异位妊娠的有效方法,具有经济、操作方便、无损伤、安全可靠、诊断率高等优点。

Clinical analysis of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by trans-abdominal ultrasonography

Objective To study the value of trans - abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in order to improve its accuraey in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and reduce its misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods The data of trans - abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in 120 cases were analyzed in order to summarize the features of ultrasanogram. Results There were four detectable types of ectopic pregnancy： unruptured fallopian tube pregnancy, ruptured -abortion fallopian tube pregnancy, early -abortion fallopian tube pregnancy and old ectopic pregnancy. Its diagnostic rate might be as high as 87.5%. Conclusion The trans - abdominal ultrasonography is an effective method for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. It has the benefits of cheap, convenient operation, non - invasiveness and safety, and it has higher diagnostic rate etc.
