血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶浓度测定的初步临床应用

用生化法测定正常人和７组患者的血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ）浓度。发现骨吸收增加的６组病人中，ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ值均明显高于正常志愿者。甲旁亢和畸形性骨炎组患者，ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ与血ＡＫＰ及尿Ｈｙｐ值均明显呈正相关。甲旁亢患者手术治疗后，ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ明显降低。原发性骨质疏松患者的ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ和尺、桡骨与ＱＣＴ椎体骨密度均呈负相关。甲旁减患者的ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ值显著低于正常。以上结果说明ＳＴｒ－Ａｃｐ为反映骨吸收一个有用的指标。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF SERUM CONCENTRATION OFTARTRATE RESlSTANT ACID PHOSPHATASE

The concentrations of STr-Acp were measured in 167 nornials and 2ll patients with seven different kinds of diseases. Theywere significantly high in the increased bone resorption diseases: hyperparathyroidism, Paget disease, renal tubular acidosis,metastatic cancer of bone , Cushing syndrome and primary osteoporosis. On the contrary,the concentration was significantly low inthe decreased bone resorption disease___hypoparathyroidism. STr-Acp activity changed in the same direction as the urinary hy-droxyproline excretion. There was a negative correlation between STr-Acp and BMD in osteoporotic patients with vertebral com -pression fractures. 43 cases of osteoporotic patients treated with Elcatonin showed decrease of the value of STr-Acp. The levels ofSTn-Acp were also decrease significantly in 11 cases of hyperparathyroidism after operation. So STr-Acp is a useful biomarker forbone resorption.
