莫沙必利治疗新生儿黄疸疗效观察

目的：观察莫沙必利辅助治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效。方法：将72例有黄疸的新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组36例给予服用莫沙必利、苯巴比妥,对照组36例仅服苯巴比妥。结果：观察组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为72.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.59,P〈0.05）。结论：莫沙必利治疗新生儿黄疸疗效满意。

Clinic effect study of the therapy of mosapride on neonate jaundice

Objective：To study the clinic effect of the combined administration of mosapride and phenobarbital on the neonatal jaundice. Methods：72 cases of the neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,the therapy group of 36 cases were treated with mosapride and phenobarbital,and then the control group of 36 cases were treated just with phenobarbital. Results：The effective rate of the therapy group was 91.7%,while that of the control group was 72.2%,which had significant difference（χ2=4.59,P0.05） . Conclusion：The administration of mosapride has satisfactory effect in the treatment of the neonatal jaundice.
