离心机转速的计量检测

离心机现已广泛应用于生物学、临床医学、检验医学、生物化学等实验室中，因其是样本检测前处理过程中重要的处理步骤，离心机的优劣直接影响到检验结果。为了能够对离心机的转速进行测量及评价，本文参照《JJG326—2006转速标准装置检定规程》，使用FLUKE公司型号为931型的组合式转速表对离心机进行检测，通过对不同离心机的检测，总结检测方法，并对检测结果进行分析，对离心机的精度进行合理评价。

Research on Metrology of Centrifuge Revolution Speed

Nowadays, centrifuges have been widely used in kinds of laboratories, such as biology, clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, biochemistry. Since it is an important processing step before sample pre- treatment process, whether the centrifuge is good or not has direct impact on test results. In order to measure and evaluate the revolution speed of the centrifuge, this paper refers to JJG326-2006 regulations verification of standard equipment for revolution speed, in which model 931 modular speed table from FLUKE is used to test the centrifuge. Through different centrifuge tests, this paper summarizes the test methods, analyzes the test results and evaluates the accuracy of centrifuges.
