产前综合干预对初产妇分娩自我效能的影响分析

目的 分析产前综合干预对初产妇分娩自我效能的影响分析.方法 此次临床研究主要以我院在2011年1月至2012年1月收治的100例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机分配的原则,将所有产妇分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规措施进行产前护理,实验组则采用综合干预措施进行护理.对两组产妇干预前后的分娩自我效能进行分析和比较.结果 实验组在干预前后的分娩自我效能水平差值明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组在干预后的分娩应对能力明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 落实产前综合干预有利于提高初产妇的分娩自我效能水平,有利于产妇顺利分娩.

Analysis on effects of prenatal comprehensive intervention to childbirth self-efficacy of primipara

Objective To analyze the effects of prenatal comprehensive intervention on primipara＇ s childbirth self-efficacy.Methods The clinical study was conducted mainly by our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,according to 100 cases of primipara treated as the research object,based on the principle of random distribution,all the women were divided into control group and experimental group,and control group used conventional measures for prenatal care,experimental group used comprehensive intervention measures for nu~ing care.The childbirth self-efficacy was analyzed and compared before and after the intervention in the two groups.Results The childbirth self-efficacy before and after the intervention in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,showing statistical significant difference（P ＜ 0.05）.The intervention delivery coping ability of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Carrying out the prenatal comprehensive intervention can help improve the level of primipara delivery self-efficacy,which is advantageous to smooth childbirth of puerpera.
