高压氧治疗高血压脑出血患者的疗效观察

目的探讨高压氧治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法将我院于2012年6月至2013年6月收治的70例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组35例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）、国立卫生院卒中量表（NIHSS）、日常生活能力指数（Barthel）以及水肿面积。结果经治疗后实验组与对照组的总有效率分别为88．6％、71．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组GCS、NIHSS、Bathe]评分以及水肿面积均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧对高血压脑出血患者的术后术后恢复具有显著的临床疗效，值得进行临床推广。

Clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertension hemorrhage

Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertension hemorrhage. Methods 70 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen and routine treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups, patients with Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）, the NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, Barthel Index （Barthel） and the edema area of two gToups were obsmwed and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental and the control group was 88.6%, 71.4%, showing a statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; the GCS, NIHSS, Barthel score and the edema area of experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen has significant clinical efficacy in postoperative recovery for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
