使用喷雾式消毒方法消毒安瓿制剂微粒污染状况的实验研究

目的:探讨喷雾式消毒方法在对安瓿制剂进行消毒时微粒污染的状况与传统消毒方法比较有无差异。方法:设1个实验组、2个对照组,每组20支10 ml注射用水样本。实验组是砂轮割锯安瓿颈后用喷雾式消毒方法消毒瓿颈,然后徒手掰断安瓿,用空针抽吸瓿内溶液注入试管内进行离心、检验;对照1组是砂轮割锯安瓿颈后用传统消毒方法消毒瓿颈,同样掰断安瓿,检验方法同前;对照2组是砂轮割锯安瓿颈后不消毒瓿颈,直接掰断安瓿进行检验,检验方法同前。结果:实验组和对照1组比较,在微粒数量及微粒直径方面,均P>0.05,无统计学意义;实验组、对照1组分别和对照2组比较,在微粒数量及微粒直径方面,均P<0.01,差异有显著性,具有统计学意义。结论:用于安瓿消毒时,在控制微粒污染方面,喷雾式消毒方法与传统消毒方法相比较,无显著差异;砂轮割锯安瓿颈后不消毒、直接掰断是非常危险的行为,其药液中的微粒数明显超过经过消毒的药液中的微粒数,此行为应严格禁止。
