我院病历档案的利用情况分析

目的：了解病历档案信息资源的开发、利用情况，并探讨在网络环境下如何提高其使用率，从而在更高层次上提高病历档案管理水平。方法：查阅2004～2008年各类病历档案使用情况登记表，计算相关统计指标，并分类统计不同目的的病案使用情况。结果：利用病历档案最多的是各类保险，其次是科研教学、医院管理，等等。结论：病历档案的总利用率逐年提高。病历档案管理人员应加强服务意识，开展更深层次的病历档案开发与利用。做好病案管理工作。

Analysis on utilization of medical record in Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital

Objective： In order to understand the distribution and development of medical record information resources and to discuss how to improve the utilization ratio under network environment for the sake of raising the level of medical record management. Methods： To consult the using registration forms of medical record during 2004 to 2008 and calculate the statistical index,and then make classification statistic about the service condition of medical record. Results： The using of medical record as follows： the insurance, scientific research and teaching, hospital management. Conclusion： The total utilization ratio is improved year after year. The managers of medical record should strengthen service consciousness and develop deep utilization of it in order to do well in the management work.
