结肠治疗机治疗重度有机磷农药中毒临床观察

目的探讨结肠治疗机配合常规方法治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法选择122例重度有机磷农药中毒患者。其中治疗组68例,对照组54例。两组均按照常规抢救方法进行抢救,另外对照组用25%硫酸镁250 m l或20%甘露醇250 m l,于洗胃末由胃管注入进行导泻,治疗组则给予用CTJ-A结肠灌注透析治疗机灌注治疗,并予我院自制的100 m l复方黄连灌肠液保留灌肠。结果两组相比在治愈率、治愈时间、阿托品用量、住院天数、出现中间综合征、反跳例数上均有显著差异。结论使用结肠治疗机配合常规方法治疗重度有机磷中毒可以缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,减少阿托品用量,缩短病程,减少患者的痛苦和经济负担。
