在复合移植恢复种植体周围骨缺损中钛膜的应用

[目的]研究应用钛膜在自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨恢复种植体周围骨缺损中的修复效果.[方法]对种植植入自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨9周后有无应用钛膜的骨缺损处进行比较.[结果]有钛膜组有结缔组织生长,平均骨缺损量1.9925 mm,无钛膜组平均骨缺损量1.5025 mm,说明有钛膜组骨缺损恢复量低于无钛膜组(P＜0.05),并且有钛膜组少数出现软组织瓣裂开钛膜暴露现象.[结论]应用钛膜作为骨引导再生时应注意钛膜要有理想的可塑性,软组织瓣要有一定的厚度与韧性,以防止伤口裂开,钛膜暴露过早地取出影响骨缺损的恢复.

Appliance of titanium membrane covered with bone defects around implant treated with mixture of antogenous chip bone and Bio-Oss

[Objective]To study the effect of titanium membrane treated with the bone defects grafting the mixture of antogenous chip bone and Bio-Oss around implant.[Method]We compared the groups grafting the mixture of antogenous chip bone and Bio-Oss with titanium membrane or not after implanting 9 weeks.[Results]A fible connective tissue on the bone covered with titanium membrane.The average bone defect of covering with titanium membrane group is 1.9925 mm,and without titanium membrane group is 1.5025 mm.The effect of forming new bone with titanium membrane is lower than without one(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Titanium membrane must have plasticity,parenchyma mast have some tenacity and thickness.Dehiscence of parenchyma and expose of titanium membrane must be avoided.
