随着治疗的改进，艾滋病病人的生存期延长，而与HIV感染相关并发症也增加。由于慢性病毒感染、各种交叉感染、药物作用和免疫抑制等因素，心血管并发症见于多数HIV感染者，其中最常见的有扩张性心肌病、心包积液、心内膜炎、冠状动脉疾病、肺动脉高压与HIV相关恶性肿瘤的心脏浸润。为及时发现并及时诊断和帮助临床制定合理的治疗方案，放射科医生要熟悉AIDS心血管并发症的病理基础，提高影像诊断水平。

The Pathological Basis and CT Appearances of Cardiovascular Complications of HIV Infection

With improvement of treatment and increasing of survival period, cardiac involvement and cardiovascular complications are commonly seen in HIV-infected patients. Cardiovascular complications occur in a significant number of such patients due to chronic viral infection, various cross infection, drug action and immune suppression. The spectrum of cardiovascular complications of HIV infection includes dilated cardiomyopathy, pericardial effusion, endocarditis, coronary artery disease, pulmonary hypertension and cardiac involvement in HIV-related tumors. To diagnose timely and help to plan appropriate treatment protocol, radiologists should be familiar with the imaging appearance and pathological basis of these complications.
