| 摘 要： | 目的：研究叶下珠对人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ７７２１的影响。方法：噻唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）还原法和氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷（３Ｈ－ＲｄＲ）掺入法观察叶下珠提取物对人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ７２２１细胞活性及ＤＮＡ合成的影响。结果：经叶下珠提取物处理后，ＳＭＭＣ７７２１活力明显减弱，３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入率明显降低，ＤＮＡ合成抑制率与药物剂量成线性关系。结论：叶下珠具有杀伤人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ７７２１和抑制其增殖作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: The effects of Phyllanthus urinaria L. on SMMC7221 of human hepatoma cells were studied. Methods: Human hepatoma cells were treated with extractive of Phyllanthus urinaria L. in vitro. The survival activity and DNA synthesis of the cells were observed by MTT assay and 3 H-TdR incorporating test. Results: After treated with the extractive of Phyllanthus urinaria L. the survival activities of SMMC7721 cells were obviously weakened and the incorporation rates of 3 H-TdR decreased significantly, the inhibitory rates on cell proliferation increased dose-dependentely. Conclusion: Phyllanthus urinaria L. had remarkable effects of inhibition on proliferation as well as toxicities on human hepatoma cells (SMMC 7721). |
