| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甘油三酯/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TG/HDL-C)比值对冠心病(CHD)的诊断价值。方法分析453例CHD患者和98例正常对照者的血脂水平,计算TG/HDL-C比值。结果CHD组TG/HDL-C比值水平(1.78±1.76)显著高于正常对照组(0.90±0.49),差异非常显著(t=4.930,P<0.001)。453例CHD患者中,TG/HDL-C比值异常者210例,异常率为46.3%,显著高于正常对照组的异常率(17.3%),差异非常显著(χ2=27.99,P<0.01),也明显高于各单项血脂指标的异常率。结论TG/HDL-C比值对CHD的诊断有较大的临床价值,优于各单项血脂指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of serum triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(TG/HDL-C) ratio in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Method Blood lipoprotein level in 453 patients with CHD and 98 cases of normal control were analysed.TG/HDL-C ratio was calculated.Results TG/HDL-C ratio in CHD group(1.78±1.76) was obviously higher than that in control group(0.90±0.49),and the difference between two groups was significant(t=4.930,P<0.001).TG/HDL-C ratio of was abnormal in 210 cases of 453 patients with CHD.The abnormal rate(46.3%) was obviously higher than that in normal group(17.3%),and the difference between them was significant(χ~2=27.99,P<0.01).The abnormal rate was obviously higher than that of monomial serum lipids.Conclusions TG/HDL-C ratio was valuable for the diagnosis of CHD,and was better than monomial blood lipoprotein indexes. |
