社区健康服务中心实施院前急救的特点分析

目的探讨社区健康服务中心（社康中心）实施院前急救的方法。方法回顾性分析2002-2005年我院急诊科与下属7所社康中心实施院前急救协同双向接诊的362例患者的临床资料。将同时有社区全科医师和第一目击者及其参与救治的患者作为实验组,只有医院急诊科及其参与救治的患者作为对照组;观察两组急救人员院前急救到达时间、患者急救成功率、并发症和后遗症发生率等。结果实验组急救人员到达时间较对照组显著缩短（P〈0.01）;实验组外伤和心脏血管疾病并发症的发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论社康中心在实施院前急救中发挥着重要的作用。

The Experience of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment in Communities

Objective To study the methods and characteristics of pre-hospital emergency treatment in communities.Methods We had a retrospective analysis of 363 cases received in our emergency department and 7 community health servises ( CHS) from 2002 to 2005.The patients were divided into two groups,group I:including all participants,such as medical staff,general practitioners,eyewitnesses and patients;group II:participated in only by the medical staff of emergency department and patients.We observed the time when emergency care personnels arrived before hospital,the success rate of emergency treatment and the incidence rate of complication and sequel and so on.Results There was a significant decrease of the reaction rate and the arrival time in group I compared with group II (P<0.01)),and the incidence rate of complication of injury and cardiovascular deseases in group I was significantly lower than that of group II(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health services play an important role in emergency treatment before hospital.
