| 摘 要： | 目的分析性别差异与中国人群肠易激综合征（IBS）发病相关性,探讨性激素在IBS发病中的可能作用,为IBS的干预提供理论基础。方法检索1999年至2010年中国生物医学文献数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、中国知网收录的中国国内有关性别差异与IBS发病相关性研究的论文,应用Meta分析方法对有关性别差异与IBS发病相关性的病例对照研究结果进行定量综合分析,Review manager4.2进行一致性检验及合并OR值和95%可信区间的计算。结果共检索到28篇文献,其中符合入选标准的文献5篇,包括IBS患者1334例,对照组9064例。一致性检验χ2=3.84,P〉0.10,表明纳入的5篇文献具有同质性。合并OR值为0.79,OR〈1,且95%可信区间为0.70～0.89;Z=3.91,P〈0.0001。表明中国人群IBS患病存在性别差异（女性患病率高于男性）。纳入Meta分析的各文献性别差异漏斗图基本对称,提示Meta分析结果发表偏倚较小。结论中国人IBS患病存在性别差异,女性患病率高于男性。
