非小细胞肺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子测定与临床病理特征及预后的关系

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者(NSCLC)血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与临床病理指标的关系,以及对肺癌预后的判断价值。方法收集30例正常体检者、35例肺炎患者和70例NSCLC患者血清,用ELISA方法检测血清VEGF浓度。结果NSCLC患者血清VEGF水平远高于正常健康人群组(P<0.01),肺炎患者血清VEGF浓度虽也有一定的升高,但较之肺癌组低,二者间有显著差异(P<0.05)。肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与淋巴结转移状态、临床分期及原发肿瘤大小有关。血清VEGF与患者生存期密切相关,生存>6个月患者血清VEGF明显高于<6个月者(P<0.05)。结论血清VEGF与非小细胞肺癌的病程进展及生存期相关,是一种有用的预后判断指标。

Detection and clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the relation between the levelsof serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the clinical pathological features in patients with non- small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and as a factor in prejudging prognosis. Methods Serum levels of VEGF in 30 healthy controls,35 cases of pneumonia, and 70 cases of NSCLC were detected by ELISA. The relation between serum VEGF and TNM classification and survival time was analyzed. Results Signficant differences in the VEGF levels were observed between the controls and NSCLC patients and also between the pneumonia and NSCLC patients. The VEGF levels of NSCLC were related to clinical stages, lymph node metastasis status and the size of primary cancer(P<0.05). The serum VEGF level in patients who survived less than 6 months was significantly higher than those more than 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum VEGF level is correlated with the progression and survival time in patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma, and it is an effective prognostic factor for non-small-cell lung carcinoma.
