胃癌及癌前病变中bcl—2表达及意义

探讨ｂｃｌ－２在胃癌形成过程中的作用及意义。方法利用免疫组化染色，对２０例正常胃粘膜、３８例不典型增生、５２例胃癌进行ｂｃｌ－２检测。结果ｂｃｌ－２在不典型增生和肠型胃癌中均显著高于正常胃粘膜（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在正常胃粘膜与胃型胃癌中无显著差异。ｂｃｋ－２表达与胃癌分期、淋巴结转移等与预后有关的因素无相关性。结论ｂｃｌ－２可能参与正常胃粘膜细胞凋亡调控。与癌变的前期过程有关，与肿瘤进展无关。ｂｃｌ－２与肠型胃癌关系密切。

THC SIGNIFICANCC OF BCL-2 EXPRESSION IN GASTRIC ADENOCARCINOMA AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS

Objective To study the influence of bcl-2 on gastric tumorigenesis and its significance.Methods The expression was observed in 20 normal gastric mucosa, 38 gastric epithelial dysplasia(GED)and 52 gastric adenocarcinomas (GAC) by immunohistochemical method. Results in bcl-2 expression,significant difference was found between GED and normal gastric mucosa (P < 0. 05 ), between theintestinal type GAC and normal gastric mucosa (P<0. 05), but not between the diffuse type GAC andnormal gastric mncosa. No correlation between bcl-2 expression and PT stage or lymph node status wasobserved. Conclusion bcl-2 may have role in the regulation of apoptosis in normal mucosa, and are involvedin the early stage of gastric tumorigenesis,but may not be related with tumor progression. bcl-2 may bespecifically assossiated with the intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma.
