门诊部不合理西药处方的分析研究

目的 对门诊部不合理西药处方进行调查分析研究.方法 选取我院2012年6月-2013年6月的6734张西药处方,对之中存在的不合理性进行分析.结果 6734张西药处方中出现795张不合理药方,其百分比为11.8%.其不合理性主要为出现商品名、用法用量不当、处方书写不规范以及重复用药等.结论 我院门诊部西药处方中还存在一定的不合理性,必须加强管理,以对其合理性进行提高.

Investigation of Out-patient Department is Not Reasonable Medicineprescription

Objective To investigate the situation of unreasonable prescription of western medicine in the outpatient department. Methods A total of 6734 copies of western medicine prescription in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as study subjects to analyse the situation of irrationality. Results There were 795 unreasonable prescriptions in 6734 eases, and the percentage was 11.8%. The irrationality mainly displays in inappropriate use of medicines＇ brand name, usage, dosage, writing, and repeated drug use and so on. Conclusion There is irrationality in outpatient prescriptions of western medicine in our hospital. And it must strengthen the management to improve its rationality.
