西药药剂头孢米诺的临床研究总结分析

目的 总结分析西药药剂头孢米诺的临床研究结果.方法 通过对西药药剂头孢米诺的药动学、用药指征、药物相互作用、用法用量及不良反应与注意事项等进行分析,并提出相关临床用药指导.结果 头孢米诺不会在人体内产生抗菌活性代谢物,其排泄方式主要为肾排泄,其通过尿液的排泄率在12h内就可达90%以上.头孢米诺主要应用在敏感细菌引发的感染症状.头孢米诺与其他药物之间可能会发生相互作用.头孢米诺主要的用法有静脉滴注与静脉注射两种.结论 应用头孢米诺前应先进行皮试,保障患者在不过敏的前提下给药,而给药后则要加强患者相关症状及体征的观察与分析,还应做好急救休克的相应准备.

Clinical research summary and analysis of western medicine pharmacy of cefminox

Objective To summarize the clinical results of western medicine pharmacy of cefminox. Methods The pharmacokinetics,the indications of drug use, drug interactions, dosage and adverse reactions and the matters needing attention of western medicine pharmacy of cefminox were analyzed, and put forward the related clinical medication guide. Results Cefminox did not produce antimicrobial active metabolite in the human body,its main mode of excretion was renal excretion, and its excre- tion rate can more than 90% in the urine within 12h. Cefminox mainly used in symptoms of infection caused by susceptible bacte- ria. Cefminox may interact with other drugs. The main usage of cefminox was injection and intravenous infusion. Conclusion The application of cefminox should be carried out before the skin test,it can guarantee the patients administered under the premise of not allergic. After administration, strengthen the observation and analysis of clinical symptoms and signs, also should be ready for emergency treatment of shock.
