我院门诊药房2010-2012年降糖药使用情况分析

目的 了解我院降糖药的使用情况与发展趋势,为医院药品管理和临床合理用药提供参考.方法对我院2010-2012年降糖药的销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析.结果 各年度降糖药的销售金额呈逐年递增趋势,且趋势增强;各类降糖药中,口服药为我院门诊销售的主要剂型,但注射剂的增长更为明显;预混胰岛素是我院使用最多的一类胰岛素;销售金额排序中,甘舒霖30R位居第1位,吡格列酮、格列齐特分列2、3位;用药频度排序中,格列齐特、二甲双胍分别占据第1、2位;瑞格列奈不管是从用药金额还是用药频度来说其增幅均位居各降糖药之首.结论 临床选用胰岛素促泌剂的倾向仍较大,二甲双胍的使用应得到更多的提倡.

The Usage Analysis of Hypoglycemic Agent in Our Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy During 2010-2012

Objective To realize the usage and development trend Of hypoglyeemic drugs in our hospital, in order to provide the reference for the hospital drug management and the rational methods in applying hyperglycemic agent. Methods To analysis statistically the sales amount and the usage frequency of the hyperglycemic agent during 2010 to 2012 in our hospital. Results The sales amount of hyperglycemic agent increased year by year; And the oral drugs dominated the salei, but the in- jection drugs increased more obviously. Premixed insulin was the most used insulin in our hospital; In the sorting of the sales a- mount, GanShulin 30R ranked 1, Piaglitazone and Glielazide ranked 2, 3 place respectively; According to the sorting of DDDs, Glielazide and Mefformin hold 1, 2 position respectively; The growth of Repaglinide dominated both in sales and DDDs among all the agents. Conclusion The seleet of insulin seeretagogues is still a tendency in elinieal, mefformin usage should be more promoted.
