超声监测排卵32例

目的：了解不孕妇女排卵情况。方法：用Ｂ型超声仪监测３２例患者１０８个月经周期，并与同期基础体温和宫颈粘液结晶情况对照。结果：１０８个周期，无排卵１９例６１个周期，占５６％，有排卵１５例４７个周期，占４４％。卵泡发育情况的超声图象表现可分为５种类型，即无卵泡发育型、无优势卵泡发育型、黄体化卵泡不破裂型、排卵延缓型、一般排卵型。结论：超声监测排卵除较其它方法更准确更直观，而且是黄体化卵泡不破裂的最佳诊断方法，同时还可鉴别黄体囊肿和黄体化卵泡不破裂。

OVULATION MONTORING BY ULTRASOUNOGRAPHY (REPORT OF 32 CASES)

Objective: To study ovulation of sterile women.Methods:108 menstrual cycles of 32 patients were monitored by ultrasounography and compared with basal body temperature,cervical mucus at the same time.Results:Their ovulation showed that these are five types:non follicle developed type;non preponderant follicle formed type; luternized unruptured follicle(LUF)type;ovulation late type;common ovulation type.Conclusion:Monitoring ovulation by ultrasounography is the best method of diagnosing LUF with accuracy and direct vision.This is very important for clinical diagnosis and effective treatment.
