阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎,宫颈炎76例

目的：评估阿奇霉素对沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体泌尿生殖道感染的疗效。方法：用阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎、宫颈炎７６例。结果：沙眼衣原体感染痊愈率９３８％（３０／３２），总有效率１００％（３２／３２）；解脲支原体痊愈率８４１％（３７／４４），总有效率９０９％（４０／４４）。无合并症者只需１０ｇ单剂给药，副作用少而且轻微。结论：阿奇霉素对２种病原体均具较好疗效，可作为泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的首选药物，亦可选用于对解脲支原体的治疗。

TREATMENT OF NONGONOCOCCAL URETHRITIS AND CERVICITIS WITH AZITHROMYCIN(A REPORT OF 76 CASES)

Objective:To evaluate the effect of azithromycin on urogenital infections of Chlamyd trachomatis and Mycoplasma urealyticum.Methods:Seventy six cases of nongonococcal urethritis and cervicitis were treated with azithromycin.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate for chlamydial infection were 93 8%(30/32)and 100%(32/32),those for mycoplasmal infection were 84 1%(37/44)and 90 9%(40/45),respectively.A single oral dose of azithromycin 1 0 g was adequate for uncomplicated infection,and drug related side effects were generally few and essentially mild.Conclusion:Azithromycin is highly effective on both of the pathogens.It can be recommended as the drug of first choice for the treatment of Chlamydozoa trachomatis urogenital infection and a good choice for Mycoplasma urealyticum infection.
