脊柱手术后穴位注射加按摩治疗尿潴留

目的探讨穴位注射加按摩导引治疗脊柱手术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组各48例，观察组采用1ml一次性无菌注射器抽吸新斯的明1mg，分别注入中极穴与健侧三阴交穴0．5mg；在下腹膀胱底部按摩与导引。对照组用传统诱导排尿方法。结果观察组总有效率95．8％，对照组总有效率66．7％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者在术后10～30min排尿时间比较，观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论穴位注射加按摩导引综合治疗脊柱手术后尿潴留效果更佳。

Treatment and care of urinary retention after spinal surgery by acupoint injection plus massage

Objectve To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection plus massage in treatment of urinary retention after scoliosis surgery. Methods Altogether 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in observation group were treated with acupoint injection of neostigmine lmg into 2 acupoints （ Zhongjixue and Sanyinjiaoxue） plus lower abdomen massage at the bottom of bladder. 48 cases in control group treated by using traditional method of inducing micturition. Results The total effective rates of patients in observation group and control group were 95.8% and 66.7% respectively. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. The comparison of voiding time at 10 - 30 nfin afler operation between these two groups, it was more effective in patients of observation group than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint injection plus comprehensive massage therapy is effective in treatment of urinary retention after spinal surgery.
