GSS固定系统复位加后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的:评价GSS固定系统加后外侧植骨治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法:用GSS内固定器为腰椎滑脱坚强内固定,根据需要作彻底神经减压,滑脱椎体复位和足量的后外侧植骨融合。结果:滑脱椎体复位理想,根据NaKai评分标准,本组优良率87.2%。全部植骨融合成功。结论:GSS固定系统加后外侧植骨治疗腰椎滑脱疗效肯定。

Pedicle screw system and posterolateral bone grafting fusion in lumbar spondylolisthesis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of GSS and posterolateral bone grafting fusion in lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:To treat the lumbar spondylolisthesis with GSS internal fixture,completed neurological decompression,limited reposition and sufficient bone grafting fusion,33 cases were followed-up for 1 year to 5 years and 2 months,with an average of 4 years and 3 months.Results:The excellent and good rate was 87.2 per cent according to Nakai standard and successful bone grafting fusion.Conclusion:GSS and posterolateral bone grafting in lumbar spondylolisthesis has a good result.
