| 摘 要： | 目的：观察吗啡对胸腺细胞亚群ＤＮＡ含量和增殖指数的影响及人参四物汤对其调节作用。方法：采用小剂量递增给药建立吗啡成瘾动物模型后，经流式细胞仪分析各组小鼠胸腺ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８亚群细胞ＤＮＡ含量及增殖指数的情况。结果：吗啡成瘾组小鼠ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８亚群细胞Ｓ期、Ｇ２＋Ｍ期和增殖指数显著低于正常组和人参四物汤治疗组动物，而Ｇ０／Ｇ１期（静止期）的ＤＮＡ含量明显增高，提示吗啡使胸腺细胞ＤＮＡ复制受阻导致功能细胞减少。人参四物汤可对抗吗啡的上述作用，促进免疫细胞ＤＮＡ合成、细胞增殖分化。
