大理市食品从业人员卫生知识、态度和行为调查

摘    要:目的 了解云南省大理市食品从业人员的卫生知识、态度、行为 ,为食品卫生监督提供依据。方法 对接受体格检查及卫生培训的本市食品行业从业人员随机抽取 4 488人进行问卷调查 ,了解他们在食品卫生方面的知识、态度、行为。结果 女性从业人员的食品卫生知识知晓率高于男性。 2 5岁以上各年龄组的人员中 ,卫生知识成绩中等者占较高的比例 ,2 5岁以下成绩差者所占比例最高。汉族和白族人员的卫生知识知晓率高于其他民族。文化水平高的人员 ,其卫生态度和行为得分也高。但不同性别、年龄、文化程度、民族的组中 ,卫生知识成绩好者所占比例均不到 1 3。结论 大理市不同性别、年龄、文化程度、民族的食品从业人员 ,食品卫生的知识、态度、行为均不够理想 ,对他们进行卫生培训很有必要。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and practice about food hygiene among food trade personnel in Dali,Yunnan Province Methods A questionnaire survey on KAP about food hygiene was conducted among 4488 persons engaged in food trade who came to the Sanitation and Epidemic Prevention Station of Dali to undergo physical examination and health training by random sampling Results The knowledge rate about food hygiene was significantly higher among the female respondents than among the male respondents The proportion of respondents with middle class report was higher among the respondents over 25,and the proportion of respondents with bad report was higher among the respondents under 25 The proportion of respondents with better report was higher among those with more education then among those with less education The respondents of Han and Bai nationalities showed better reports in health knowledge than those of other nationalities However,the proportion of respondents with excellent report in health knowledge was less than 1/3 in all groups Conclusion The KAP about food hygiene among food trade personnel in Dali remains not satisfactory It is necessary to strengthen health training among food trade personnel there
