氟伐他汀对高胆固醇血症患者血清NO及血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的 观察短期氟伐他汀治疗对高胆固醇血症患者一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶血管内皮功能的影响。方法  35例原发性高胆固醇血症患者每日口服氟伐他汀 4 0mg共 8wk ,服药前后测量患者血清的TC、TG、LDL C和HDL C以及NO和NOS值 ,及用彩色多普勒超声测定反应性充血时肱动脉内径的变化。并与对照组进行比较。结果 原发性高胆固醇血症患者经氟伐他汀 8wk治疗后 ,血清的TC、TG、LDL C明显下降 ,血清的HDL C以及NO和NOS值明显增加 ,反应性充血时肱动脉内径扩张程度明显增加 ,这些与治疗前相比有明显差异。结论 氟伐他汀短期治疗能使高胆固醇血症患者血脂改变 ,NO和NOS值增加 ,血管内皮功能改善。

Observation on effects of short term cholesterol-lowering therapy with low-dosage Fluvastatin on NO and endothelial function in patients with hypercholesterolemia

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effects on endothelial funct ion of patients with hypercholesterolemia after short term cholesterol-lowering therapy with low-dosage Fluvastatin.Methods The changes of brachial artery internal diameter under the reactive hyperemia situation is observed by color Doppler ultrasound and serum level of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, NO and NOS were examined by the enzyme assay method in 25 control subjects and 35 patients with hypercholesterolemia. After taking Fluvastatin (40 mg each day) 8 weeks later, the parameters above of the patients were investigated. Results Serum level of TC, TG and LDL-C of the patients were decreased (7.04±0.57) vs(5.90±0.61) mmol·L -1;(2.11±1.10)vs(1.71±0 .81) mmol·L -1;(4.12±0.48) vs(3.05±0.38) mmol·L -1 respectively (P<0.05), and serum level of HDL-C, NO and NOS of the patients were incre ased (1.25±0.24) vs(1.31±0.21) mmol·L -1; (40.09±13.03) vs(56.57 ±15.36) μmol·L -1; (31.26±2.39)vs(36.60±2.14) U·ml -1 respectively(P<0.05). The changes of brachial artery diameter in the patients were increased after treatment(1.83%±4.47%vs13. 41%±4.19% respectively, P<0.05). These indicators were statistically diff erent between before and 8 weeks after taking Fluvastatin (40 mg each day) . Conclusions These results suggest that short term cholesterol-lowe ring therapy with low-dosage Fluvastatins may improve arterial endothelial func tion of hypercholesterolemia patients and increase serum level of NO and NOS.
