摘    要:目的 :探讨孕妇弓形虫感染对胎儿的影响。方法 :采用酶免三联诊断法对 35 6例母婴配对标本进行血清学检测。结果 :产妇弓形虫感染率平均为 19 1% ,各单项检测分别为循环抗原 (CAg) 15 2 %、IgM2 5 %、IgG3 4% ;新生儿弓形虫感染率平均为 17 7% ,其脐血各单项检测分别为CAg16 9%、IgM0 3%、IgG2 2 %。CAg垂直传播率为 35 2 % ( 19/5 4)。 4例畸胎儿中 1例脐血弓形虫CAg阳性。结论 :孕妇感染弓形虫可通过胎盘垂直感染胎儿 ,应引起围产医务工作者的高度重视 ,加强对弓形虫感染的早期诊断和及时治疗

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Toxoplsma infection from pregnant women to their fet us.Methods:356 cases of mother-baby matched blood samples were taken to detect for the inf ection with Toxoplasma gondii.The Three-Serodiagnosis Regent ELISA were use d to detect circulting antigen(CAg),special antibodies IgM and IgG.Results:The prevelence of Toxoplasma infection in pregnat women is 19.1%,and the three a re CAg 15.2%、IgM 2.5% and IgG 3.4% respectively;that of their new-born babies is 17.7%,and the three are CAg 16.9%、IgM 0.3% adn IgG 2.2% respectively.From th e Matched samples,we know that:the proportion of vertical transmission of CAg is 3562%(19/54).4 babies of congenital malformtion were found.Among the 4,1 sera w as CAg positive.Conclusion:The results we got suggest that about 1/3 fetus will get infection from their mo thers before they give birth.,and the development of fetus can be seriously hurt by toxoplasma gondii infection,which reminds us it is better for woman to t ake examination on toxoplsma before and/or during pregnncy.
