复方丹参滴丸抗心绞痛临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察复方丹参滴丸抗心绞痛的疗效和耐药性,并与消心痛的疗效进行比较。方法 将病人随机分为A组和B组,以双盲方式给药观察8周。A组口服复方丹参滴丸10粒/次、3次/d,B组口服消心痛10mg/次、3次/d。结果 心绞痛有效率,ECG有效率用药2周时两组无显著差异,用药后第4周、第6周和第8周A组优于B组。用药后第6周与第2周的有效率比较,A组无明显变化(P>0.05),B组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 与消心痛相比较,长期服用复方丹参滴丸的有效率高,疗效稳定,且不产生耐药性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect and drug resistance of compound salviae miltiorrhizae dripping pills on angina pectoris and to compare its curative effect with that of isosorbide dinitrate.Methods The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B,and the two groups both received drug administration for 8 weeks. Patients in Group A were treated with oral compound salviae miltiorrhizae dripping pills,10 pills a time,3 times a day,while those in Group B with oral isosorbide dinitrate,10 mg a time,3 times a day.Results No significant differences were found in the effective rates of angina pectoris and ECG in the first two weeks;but compared with Group B,Group A got more greatly improved after the 4th week,6th week and 8th week.No marked changes (P>0.05) in Group A but obvious decrease in Group B (P<0.05) were discovered when the effective rates in the 6th week and 2nd week were compared.Conclusion Compared with isosorbide dinitrate,compound salviae miltiorrhizae dripping pills have proved to have higher curative effect,stable effective rate and no drug resistance.
