经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲整形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎213例

目的探讨经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲整形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲整形术治疗的213例(426侧)慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者的临床资料。结果随访6-24个月,213例中显效167例(78.40%),改善46例(21.60%),总有效率100%;手术中出血量小于10 ml,手术后换药出血量少,平均0.5 ml,创面小,结痂少,手术切口均1周内痊愈,无并发症发生。结论经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲整形术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效手段。

Inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope for treatment of 213 Patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

Objective To explore the effect of inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods The clinical data of 213 patients(426 sides) with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who were performed with inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope were analyzed retrospectively.Results Two hundred and thirteen patients were followed-up for 6～24 months,167(78.40%) cases were excellent,46(21.60%) cases were improved,total effective rate was 100%.The volume of blood loss during operation was less than 10ml,and it was average 0.5ml during change dressings post-operation.The surface of wound was small with little scab.Operative incision healed in one week,with no complications.Conclusion It is good way that inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
