乌司他丁对呼吸衰竭患者胸肺顺应性及呼吸力学指标的影响研究

摘    要:
目的 研究探讨乌司他丁对呼吸衰竭患者胸肺顺应性及呼吸力学指标的影响.方法将2011年6月-2013年5月于该院进行治疗的114例慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组(常规呼吸衰竭治疗组)57例和观察组(乌司他丁组)57例,然后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后的胸肺顺应性及呼吸力学指标进行比较.结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的胸肺顺应性及呼吸力学指标均好于对照组及该组治疗前,P<0.05.结论 乌司他丁对呼吸衰竭患者胸肺顺应性及呼吸力学指标的影响更为积极.

Abstract:
Objective To study and investigate the influence of ulinastatin on the lung-thorax compliance and breathing mechanics indexes of patients with respiratory failure. Methods 114 patients with respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital from June, 2011 to May, 2013 were randomly divided into control group(routine respiratory failure treatment group)57 cases and observation group(ulinastatin group) 57 cases. Then the total effective rate, lung-thorax compliance and breathing mechanics indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the lung-thorax compliance and breathing mechanics indexes after the treatment were better than those of control group and those before the treatment, all P〈0.05. Conclusion The influence of ulinastatin on the lung-thorax compliance and breathing mechanics indexes of patients with respiratory failure is more active.
