彩色多普勒显像对正常臂丛神经的研究及临床意义

目的探讨正常臂丛神经（BPN）的超声显像及临床意义。方法采用彩色多普勒超声直接观察20例健康志愿者臂丛神经干的形态、走形，并分析超声声像图特征。结果20例健康志愿者C5～C7神经根均很好的得以显示（20／20），C8、T1神经跟显示率约80％（16／20），声像图特征为纵切面上呈多条束状低回声，周边为界清的强回声，横断面呈圆形或类圆形低回声，内点状强回声，外围包绕强回声的结构。结论臂丛神经在声像图上具有特征性，彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示臂丛神经的形态及其走行，可为临床诊断臂丛神经的损伤提供可靠依据。

Color doppler imaging of the normal bcachial plexus and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the ultrasound imaging of normal brachial plexus（BPN） and clinical significance. Methods The direct observation of color Doppler ultrasound in 20 healthy volunteers in.the form of brachial plexus dry, out of shape, and analysis of sonographic features. Results 20 healthy volunteers C5 - C7 nerve roots were well able to show （20/20）, C8 , T1 nerve with the display rate of about 80% （16/20） , ultrasound characterization of the sagittal plane was more than bundle of low echo, bounded around the clear strong echo, round or oval cross - section were hypoechoic, hyperechoic dots inside, the external surrounding the hyperechoic structure. Conclusion The brachial plexus in a characteristic sonographic, color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the shape of the brachial plexus courses, for clinical diagnosis of brachial plexus injury to provide a reliable basis.
