| 摘 要： | 目的观察内镜下套扎术联合聚桂醇硬化术治疗食道胃底静脉曲张出血的疗效。方法 103例食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者,予套扎术联合聚桂醇硬化术治疗,观察其疗效。结果治疗后患者食管静脉曲张消失率为95.1%（98/103）。随访半年至1年中,患者再出血病例4例（3.9%）,3例为合并门脉高压性胃病患者,1例为注射点渗血,死亡1例。治疗后胸骨后疼痛12例,合并胸膜炎10例,发热8例,早期再出血1例,无出现食管狭窄或食管穿孔病例。结论内镜下食管胃底静脉曲张套扎术联合聚桂醇硬化治疗食管胃底静脉曲张出血效果好,复发率低,副反应小,临床应广泛开展应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effects of endoscopic variceal ligation combining sclerosis with lauromacrogol in patients with gastroesophageal variceal bleeding.
