MEBO烧伤湿润包扎疗法治疗740例烧伤临床体会

目的：总结MEBO烧伤膏油纱布包扎疗法的效果。方法：1995年1月～2005年10月对740例烧伤病人采用自制MEBO烧伤膏油纱布包扎治疗，使创面处于一个生理湿润的环境内，促进创面新生皮肤再生的治疗原则。结果：在治疗过程中未发生感染，浅Ⅱ度创面1周内愈合，深Ⅱ度创面2～3周内愈合，瘢痕发生率为17％，浅Ⅲ度创面4周内愈合，瘢痕发生率为28％。结论：湿润包扎疗法省时省力，避免浪费，更能发挥MEBO的药理作用，促进创面愈合。

Clinical experience in treating 740 cases burn using MEBO moist bandaging method

Objective:To evaluate the effects of MEBO moist bandaging method in treating burn. Methods: 740 burnt patients were treated with home-made MEBO moist bandaging from Janurary 1995 to October 2005 , and doing so kept the burn normal moist circumstance and made the skin reborn . Results: there was no infection during treatment ,healed in lightly grade 2 in one week, healed in deeply grade 2 in two to three weeks . Only 17 percent had scars, healed in lightly grade 3, 28 percent had scars.Conclusion:The method is saving time and energy and avoid wasting, make MEBO have more functions and make the heal faster.
