摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法检测38例结肠癌组织和25例正常结肠黏膜中VEGF的表达水平。结果:38例结肠癌组织中血管内皮生长因子表达阳性率63.1%(24/38),与正常结肠黏膜组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);VEGF阳性表达与结肠癌的病理分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在结肠癌组织中高表达;VEGF表达与结肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、病理分化程度和浸润深度有关。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the significance and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in colorectal carcinoma.Methods: The expression of VEGF in the samples,which came from 38 cases with colorectal carcinoma and 25 cases of normal colorectal mucosa,was detected by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results: The positive expression rate of VEGF in colorectal carcinoma texture of 38 cases was 63.1%.Compared with normal colorectal mucosa of 25 cases,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The positive expression of VEGF had significant correlation with histological differentiation,Dukes stage,metastasis of lymph nodes and depth of infiltration of colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusions: There is an unusual expression phenomenon of VEGF in colorectal carcinoma .The expression of VEGF has close relationship with Dukes stage,metastasis of lymph nodes,histological differentiation and depth of infiltration of colorectal carcinoma.
