| 摘 要： | 目的总结26例颈动脉内膜剥脱术的经验。方法回顾分析2004年6月～2005年12月在我院行颈动脉内膜剥脱术26例病历资料：结果全组患者无围术期死亡、脑梗死等不良事件发生。结论颈动脉内膜剥脱术是治疗颅外颈动脉狭窄、脑梗死后遗症及预防脑梗死、改善脑供血的安全、有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience for performing the carotid endarterectomy on 26 patients. Methods The data of 26 patients undergoing the carotid endarterectomy in our hospital from June 2004 to September 2005 were reviewed retrospectively. Results No adverse events such as perioperative death and cerebral infarction occurred. Conclusion The carotid endarterectomy is an effective and safe method for treatment of the extracranial carotid stenosis, the sequelae of cerebral infarction as well as prevention from cerebral infarction and improvement of cerebral blood supply. |
