白血病急性期住院患儿的行为特点及护理对策

目的探讨白血病急性期患儿的行为特点和护理对策。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表,对27例6～11岁急性期住院的白血病患儿进行问卷调查,并选取同期住院的28例急性呼吸系统感染的患儿作为对照。结果白血病急性期男患儿在抑郁、交往不良因子上得分高于对照组,白血病急性期女患儿仅在学习情况因子上得分显著下降,经统计学处理,P均<0.01,有显著性差异。在白血病急性期住院期间,与女患儿相比,男患儿具有更多的行为问题,主要表现为情绪抑郁和交往困难。结论建议根据男女患儿行为的不同特点,加强针对性心理干预,帮助患儿尽早适应环境和疾病的变化,解决不良的行为问题。

Behavior features of children inpatients with acute leukemia and nursing countermeasure

Objective To probe into behavior features of children inpatients with acute leukemia and nursing countermeasure. Methods 27 hospitalized children patients with acute leukemia, aged from 6 to 11, were investigated with Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist and compared with another 28 acute infectious patients who hospitalized during the same period. Results Scores of boy patients in such factors as depression and poor communication were higher than those of control group, while girl patients only had a significantly lower score in factor of study. According to statistical operation, there were significant differences (P<0.01). During hospitalization because of acute leukemia, boy patients had more behavior problems comparing with girl patients, mainly including depression and anxiety as well as difficulty of communication. Conclusion It is suggested that pertinent nursing intervention should be promoted to help children patients to adapt to the change of disease and environment and to correct harmful behaviors, based on the different features of girl and boy patients.
