| 摘 要： | 目的 研究平肝胶囊及其主药太白Song木的保肝活性。方法 用CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤，以生化指标及病理变化进行评价。结果 与病理模型对照组相比，各给药组AST和胆红素指标显著降低，白球比（白蛋白球蛋白）倒置明显改善；病理切片揭示各给药组与病理模型对照组相比，肝组织损伤明显减轻。结论 平肝胶囊及太白Song木对CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤有预防和治疗作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the liver protective activity of Pinggan capsules and its main constituent Aralia taibaiensis .METHODS The acute liver injury was induced by CCl 4 in rat.The biochemical indexes and pathological changes were used for evaluation.RESULTS Comparing with the positive control group,AST and bilirubin levels of each drug administration group were lowered significantly,and A/G inversion was obviously improved.The pathological change revealed liver injury was relieved while comparing with positive control.CONCLUSION Pinggan capsules and Aralia taibaiensis had protective and therapeutic activities on liver injury induced by CCl 4 in rats. |
