开放性股骨髁间骨折20例治疗体会

对20例开放性股骨髁间骨折实施初期清创和内固定术治疗。经5个月至11年随访,关节功能优者17例,良2例,差1例,满意率95％,文中强调彻底清创,一期修复血管、韧带、神经,坚固的内固定并保持关节面平整,骨折部行纵向和横向加压固定以避免膝内外翻畸形以及早期功能练习是保证关节功能恢复的关键。

Treatment of Open Femoral Intracondylar Fractures (A Report of 20 cases)

20 cases of open femoral intracondylay fractures were treated with initial debridement and internal fixation. Following - up for 5 months to 11 years, the results were excellent in 17 cases, good in 2 cases, and poor in 1 case. The rate of satisfaction was 95 percent. It was emphasized that thorough debridement, initial repair of the injured blood vessel and ligaments and nerve, firm internal fixation and keeping the articular surface smooth, and avoiding varum and valgum of the knee, axial and transverse compression to fractured region and early function practising are the keys for functional recovery of the joints.
