B型脑钠肽在糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床应用

摘    要:
目的利用胱抑素C(CysC)作为糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤指标,通过对糖尿病肾病患者血浆B型脑钠肽(NT-BNP)水平的检测,探讨血浆BNT-BNP水平与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法研究的对象分为2组:非糖尿病肾病组(60例),糖尿病肾病组(72例),另外设健康人对照组(30例),应用免疫电化学发光法检测各组NT-BNP,免疫比浊法测定各组CysC。结果糖尿病肾病组NT-BNP水平高于糖尿病非合并肾病组,其差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);糖尿病非合并肾病组NT-BNP水平又明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血浆NT-BNP水平明显升高,在糖尿病肾病的诊断中有一定的意义。

Clinical Application of measuring NT-BNP on diagnosising diabetic nephropathy Diagnosis
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma NT-BNP level in patients with diabetic nephropathy, Methods The study subjects were divided into three groups:non-diabetic nephropathy group (60 cases), diabetic nephropathy group(72 cases),healthy control group(30 cases). The plasma levels of NT-BNP were measured with electrochemical luminescence imraunoassay. As an early indicators of renal injury, the CysC levels were measured with immune assay. Results The levels of serum NT-BNP existed obvious difference between diabetic nephropathy group and nondiabetic nephropathy group (P<0. 01), as well as between control group and nondiabetic nephropathy group (P<0. 01). Conclusion The plasma levels of NT-BNP were significantly increased in patients with diabetic nephropathy, it might to be used in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
