小儿腹股沟斜疝两种治疗方法的对比观察及护理

目的 两种手术方法治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的对比观察及护理。方法回顾我院2004—2008年，腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝结扎术122例（观察组），同期行开腹手术的小儿腹股沟斜疝128例（对照组），比较两组间术后不良反应、并发症、可以下床时间、住院天数及住院费用。结果两组相比，术后不良反应、并发症、可以下床时间、住院天数差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）平均住院费用差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝结扎术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、不增加患者费用、缩短住院天数、提高舒适度、减少并发症、减轻护理工作量的特点，值得临床推广。

Objective Study the paired observation and nursing of two kind of methods for young child inguen slanting hernia. Methods Retrospecte the data of our hospital during 2004 to 2008, 122 cases which were underwent ligature under the ventroseope for oblique inguinal hernia in children (observation group), tbe same period, 128 cases which were underwent the laparotomy of oblique in-gninal hernia in children (control group), comparison between the two groups of postoperative adverse response, complications, you can get out of bed time, length of hospital stay and hospitalization charges. Results Compared with postoperative adverse reactions, complications, you can get out of bed time, length of hospital stay were significantly different (P<0.05); The average hospitalization costs were no significant differences.Conclusions The ligature under the ventroscope for oblique inguinal hernia in children has the goods of tiny trauma, suffering light, not to increase the costs of patients, shorten length of hospital stay, and may improve eomfort, reduce complications,reduce the nursing workload, it is worth promoting.
