阶段性健康教育对肝硬化患者治疗依从性的干预

目的探讨阶段性健康教育对肝硬化患者自我执行方案依从性的良好干预。方法对100名肝硬化患者进行分组,对干预组制定治疗方案并配合对其进行阶段性的健康教育;对照组实施一次性统一的健康教育方法。对比两组治疗结果。结果干预组患者治疗方案依从性良好,治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论根据患者的情况阶段性地实施健康教育,对肝硬化患者至关重要,能更好地促进患者依从治疗方案,从而较好地控制病情,延缓或避免并发症的发生,大大减轻了患者痛苦,提高生活质量,延长患者生命。

STAGGERED HEALTH EDUCATION TO INTERVENE THE COMPLIANCE OF PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS

Objective To explore the intervening effect of staggered health education on liver cirrhosis patient＇ s compliance to treating project. Methods 100 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into two groups. The intervention group had developed treatment project and staggered short - term health education. The control group had one time unified health education. Compared the outcome of two groups. Results The intervention group patients with good compliance to project, the outcome was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion It is essential to implement staggered health education according to the situation of patients. It can better promote compliance with treatment options and better control illness, delay or avoid the occurrence of complications, and greatly reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life and prolong the lives of patients.
