慢性外侧踝关节不稳手术重建的研究进展

目的:总结各种慢性外侧踝关节不稳手术重建方案的研究进展.方法:查阅近年关于慢性外侧踝关节不稳手术重建方案的文献,进行综合分析.结果:根据手术适应证的不同,慢性外侧踝关节不稳手术重建方案可分为解剖型重建和非解剖型重建两种,并衍生出多种重建方案,手术重建方案选择需要综合各种因素考虑.结论:根据患者的临床症状以及损伤程度,系统评所选择手术的效能,以实施最佳手术治疗方案达到最佳效果.

Research Progress on Chronic Lateral Stability of Ankel Joint in Surgical Reconstruction

Objective：To review the progress in surgical reconstruction for chronic lateral instability of ankle joint. Methods：Recent literatures concerning the surgical reconstruction for chronic lateral instability of ankle joint were reviewed and analyzed. Results： According to the different programs of the indications, the ankle joint＇ s surgical reconstruction can be classified as anatomical and non - anatomical reconstruction, and different kinds of methods can derive from these styles. Different factors should be considered when the programs of reconstruction are chosen. Conclusions ： According to the clinical symptoms and the degree of injury, the effectiveness of surgical should be systematically evaluated in order to achieve the best results by the implementation of the best surgical treatment options.
