血管内皮生长因子受体3与相关肿瘤淋巴转移的研究进展

血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)是最重要的淋巴管生成和发育的调节因子。其生物效应通过与配体VEGF-C结合介导实现。恶性肿瘤中的VEGFR-3不但能促进肿瘤淋巴管的生成,而且与淋巴转移密切相关。本文就VEGFR-3的基因和蛋白分子结构、在正常组织及病理组织中的表达和生物学功能与配体的信号通路和肿瘤淋巴转移的关系以及应用前景方面的研究进展作一综述。

Research Progress of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-3 and Lymphatic Metastasis of Related Tumor

Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 is the uppermost regulative factor of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic development,of which the biological effect can be achieved by binding with its ligand VEGF-C.VEGFR-3 in malignant tumor not only promote the genesis of tumor lymphatic,but also has close relationship with lymphatic metastasis.This article reviews some progresses of VEGFR-3 about its gene,molecular structure of protein,relationship between expression as well as biological function in normal or pathological tissues and its ligand signal pathway as well as tumor lymphatic metastasis and application prospect.
