| 摘 要： | 目的通过冠状动脉造影结果研究心电图ST-T改变在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法我们对1136例ST-T改变疑诊冠心病患者行选择性冠状动脉造影,对比研究了ST-T改变与冠状动脉造影结果的关系。结果发现典型的胸痛伴有ST-T改变患者诊断符合率达81.3%。可以作为冠心病诊断的首要条件。不典型胸痛或无症状伴有ST-T改变患者诊断符合率为30.2%。结论单纯ST-T改变不能作为诊断冠心病的首选标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significance of ST-T change in diagnose of coronary heart disease.Methods 1136 Patients who had ST-T changes were divided into two groups.Group A had classical chest pain,group B hadn't chest pain/or classical chest pain.Two groups were undertaken coronary angiography. Results The positive rate of group A is 81.3%,and group B is 30.2%.Conclusion ST-T change was not the best diagnostic standard in coronary heart disease. |
